Note:
Due to its 22.5mm diameter, the TAD EL84-STR will not fit into older Marshall DSL401 amplifiers manufactured before week 20 of 2014 and VOX AC15 TBX amplifiers manufactured in the UK around the same time. The tube that fits these amps is the Ei EL84 or some NOS models. All new production EL84s use the 22.5mm standard. Later versions of these amplifiers were updated to accept 22.5mm diameter tubes without issue.
